A Ph.D. candidate in English and Medieval Studies, I work primarily in Anglo-Saxon literature and medieval Scandinavian literature, with particular interests in medieval literary theory, the Latin-vernacular interface, translation, philological approaches to literature, Anglo-Scandinavian crossings, and questions of ethnic and national identity in Anglo-Saxon England.
