Description
An introduction to literature in English from the eighteenth through the mid-nineteenth centuries, including works by Pope, Franklin, Equiano, Wordsworth, Emily Bronte, Hawthorne, Dickens, Browning, and Whitman. (It is strongly recommended that you take English 45A before enrolling in this course.)
